Brian's great-grandparents homesteaded on the John Day River in North Gilliam County , Oregon in the late 1880's; so Brian has enjoyed life on the east side of the Cascades for a good portion of his life. Brian has been active in the Central and Eastern Oregon commercial, ranch, and residential real estate markets since relocating to Central Oregon in 1981.
In addition to being successful in traditional real estate sales and marketing activities, Brian provides consulting services for clients relating to general and specific land uses issues, including conditional use applications and rural partitions. Brian also remains active at both the state and local levels in land use and private property rights issues. As a member of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors, several land use and property rights groups and committees, and as a professional mediator relating to real estate and construction issues, Brian finds the time to stay abreast of Oregon real estate and land use issues.
Brian, his wife Karen, and their daughter Whitney live in Bend, but relax at the family ranch in NE Oregon as often as they can.
